Julio DeGuzman is a leader in San Diego's Filipino Community -- having served in numerous positions (usually board member, and typically President or officer) in a number of Filipino service organizations -- COPAO, Asian American Republican Assocation, etc. He is currently the Vice Chair, Filipino American Community Empowerment of San Diego County.
